XXIV Struchkov Competition (Struchkov Prize 2020)
The Struchkov Prize is annually awarded to young scientists for the best research work in the fields of chemistry, crystal chemistry, or material science. The eligible research should heavily rely on the application or results of the X-ray diffraction methods. The laureates will receive certificates and monetary prizes; in the recent years the annual prize fund totaled over $5,000. The prize is funded exclusively through annual charitable donations of individuals, non-profit organizations, and corporations. The prize fund is administered by the Struchkov Prize Association, a dedicated (501)(c)(3) charity organization.
Eligible participants should be under 36 years of age at the date of the submission deadline. Applications should be submitted in either English or Russian no later than September 15, 2020.
